I met Nick when we were first looking for properties to buy, and continued to speak to him after we purchased our property (off another agent) as he knew we were looking to sell in the future. Most agents wouldn't stay in for the long haul, but Nick called me every few months to check in and see how we were going with our journey. He genuinely invested time into the conversations as well, which is what you expect from a professional agent who understands the lifecycle journey of their client. When it came time to sell, it was a natural thought of ours to consider Hudson McHugh because of the communication we had received so far. The team came in to meet us for the first time with a well thought out strategy and walked us through what they recommended for our home. We were impressed with their preparation, which we felt a lot of the other agents lacked. They followed up with a thorough marketing strategy and prompt replies whenever we wanted a question answered. When we decided to go with the team, we felt very comfortable with our decision. We were a bit worried that the level of service would reduce during the campaign period, but this was not the case. The team gave us almost daily updates and kept us very much in the loop. We appreciated their honest approach to securing the deal - they understand that good business is when the buyer and seller get an outcome they are both happy with, and they worked hard to reach that point. We ended up selling prior to auction for an amount that was above our reserve (which we set high as we knew our property was quality) and we were happy with it.
