We were really excited to work with David as he sold us our house years prior but we didn’t have a great experience this time round.

We were very much aware that the market had downwards shifted but also know our house hadn’t dropped in original value from when we bought it but we felt bullied to take offers that were not acceptable and felt rushed to sell as quickly as possible even after 1 week on the market. We felt like we were on an emotional roller coaster - one day we would be lucky if we get a buyer and to not go to auction, the next we had 3 repeat inspections and we should go to auction, the next back to negative. We ended up having to push for the absolute minimum with the buyer who ended up purchasing as David kept telling us to take original offers.

David presents well and obviously talks well with potential buyers but we didn’t have a great experience being on the other end. We also got roped in telling us our house would sell for a lot more and then when on market they lowered it dramatically telling us the market had gone down. Yes the market has dropped, but only by 6%, not sure 15%!
