The Hudson McHugh Story

With plenty of experience and the benefit of youth still on their side, Inner West locals James Price and David Eastway set about creating an agency that challenges the perception of real estate and real estate agents’ role in the community. Named in honour of their mothers, Hudson McHugh sees a shift away from the traditional transactional approach to a far more experience-based service where clients feel properly cared for and empowered.  

We ask the questions, “What value can we bring to the Inner West?”, “How can we enrich the local environment?” and “How can we give people more rewarding experiences?”

Every decision we make comes down to keeping it local – our team shops locally, we use local suppliers and creatives in our business and invest heavily in community initiatives that are important to us. We’re active in the neighbourhood and we’re here when you need us.
